Once upon a see-saw moment

when the Breath blew strong

and red hats turned wise,

the angel of the Lord declared

unto a Mary-lover,

unto a lover of the poor:

and a forgotten continent

brought forth a new Peter,

lightly holding the keys

of an ever-new kingdom.
